Once you book an appointment you will be mailed a confirmation of the same which will have all the necessary details including doctor availability, consultation time, booked time slot etc. If for any reason an appointment is not available on that particular day our customer team will intimate you by phone prior to the appointment.

No. We have zero commission charges for online appointments.

We don't charge you at the time of appointment and so online payment facility is not available. You have to pay your bill amount at our centre.

However, for repeated insufficient notification, we reserve the right to discontinue service.
